CH is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, in Paris, holds the agrégation in philosophy, and got her PhD from the Sorbonne. She has taught in universities in France, Pakistan, the US and the UK. She specialises in political philosophy, with a particular focus on the philosophy of geography, the metaphysics of space and power, cosmopolitanism, migration and immigration ethics, and human rights.
